ahh everything is going haywire.

i haven't studied for my tests, i haven't done my homework, and then there's PW!
and to top it off my mouse is going mad.

i think i wasted too much time during this sabbaticals week because maybe it was just too slack.

i received this stupid chain mail which specifically put: "send this to all your P6 friends..."
do i look P6 to you?! =.=
anyway it was like saying "send this to your P6 friends and get A* for your PSLE".
thats so crap. =.=
i wonder why they even bother to send this.
haha. amusing?
sometimes chain mails are so irritating and pointless.
and i hate those with those morbid pictures of dead/mutilated babies/people/animals. and the list goes on.

i passed my NAPFA retest.
somehow i thought it was much much much x100000 times easier than the test.(:
yay.
congrats to jem, iris and tingyin who learned a new technique on passing! (: did jem pass the standing broad jump?
sian i did worse for my shuttle run.. and my specs fell off on the first try.. so paiseh.

things i have learnt from the NAPFA retest.
1. there IS a certain technique + position to score at inclined pull ups.
2. the track is not as good for shuttle run as the basketball court.. its not as rough so less friction.
3. never ever do sit and reach first unless you are a dancer that can stretch till 50cm without any effort. because in the NAPFA test we did sit and reach first then i never stretch/warmup then my shoulders hurt like hell. but now i got the same score and my shoulders don't feel stretched. ahahha.. some kind of warped logic
4. it seems easier to do inclined pull ups on the metal bars at the track place. seems easier for me and seemingly others too. although i kind of regret giving up after 3 even though i knew i could do much more! ahh. but never mind. other ppl in 211 did 5 also get same points.. so no point. haha.

ah hah. i shall do much better next year. maybe i should ask jem for the proper position to do during inclined pull ups because apparently it pretty much helped! (:
